Abstract

Materials obtained from Cu–CuО–Al–C compositions using reaction milling and subsequent annealing were studied. It was demonstrated that owing to solid phase interactions initiated by strain under reaction milling and thermally activated under annealing, the materials with matrix metal grain size of 150–300 nm with located at the boundaries YAl2O3 phase inclusions of 30–60 nm can be obtained. Such a structure is thermally stable and it is not subject to recrystallization under the temperature of up to 860 °С.

Key words
